St Marys Rugby League Club is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Café All-Rounder to join our Milly's Cafe team!

We're looking for someone who loves working in a busy café environment and is just as comfortable preparing food in the kitchen as they are serving customers with a smile.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking café-style meals, including breakfast and lunch items
- Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations
- Taking orders, serving customers and operating the POS
- Preparing coffees and other beverages
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Jumping between the kitchen and front of house as needed to support the team

What we're looking for - We're looking for an experienced Café All-Rounder who can hit the ground running! You'll be confident working as both a short-order cook and barista, with the skills to move seamlessly between the kitchen and front of house in a busy café environment.

- Previous experience in a café, kitchen or hospitality environment
- Confidence working in both food preparation and customer service
- A positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliability, flexibility and a strong work ethic
- Availability across days, nights and weekends

About the Role

• Engage and assist members & visitors to the Club 
• Ensure Club facilities are clean and maintained to standard 
• Food and beverage preparation and service
• Comply with all WHS, Liquor & Gaming regulations 

Essential Criteria

• Available to work a flexible roster including late nights and weekends 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Hold a current RSA & RCG certification
