We are seeking a skilled and proactive Property Manager to oversee and maintain our extensive property portfolio, including our state-of-the-art Club facilities, Holiday Inn & sporting fields. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring our facilities are safe, compliant, well-presented, and operating efficiently to support our business and community objectives.

 

About the Role:

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating day-to-day property maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
  • Leading and supporting a small property team and external trades
  • Have a focus on Energy Management
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, fire safety systems and environmental standards
  • Maintain and manage essential services register
  • Oversee all preventative and reactive property maintenance activities
  • Overseeing capital works and refurbishment projects
  • Managing service contracts, maintenance schedules, and facility audits
  • Continued focus on safety of all
  • Manage asset registers, budgeting, and procurement for property operations
  • Working collaboratively across departments to ensure high operational standards

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in facilities or property management within a hospitality or commercial venue.
  • Strong knowledge of building services, WHS, and contractor management
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in systems and software
  • Trade qualifications or relevant tertiary training in property or facilities management
  • Hands-on approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset
