Milly’s Cafe is a welcoming spot serving all-day breakfast, freshly baked muffins and quiches, light meals, juicy burgers, and classic favorites. It’s the perfect place to catch up with friends over coffee and a chat. About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Cook/Chef to join the Milly’s team. This varied role involves delivering high-quality breakfasts for our hotel guests, catering for events, and preparing beloved cafe classics. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver high-standard menu items, including breakfast & catering Ensure consistency and quality in all dishes Ensure efficient time management and food preparation during peak hours Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work collaboratively within a fast-paced kitchen team
About You: You are passionate about food and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will also have: Proven experience as a chef or short-order cook in a busy kitchen The ability to follow directions and work independently Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude Availability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends Solid knowledge of food safety standards A commitment to our core values: Engage, Deliver, Understand, Anticipate
