About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cook/Chef - to join the Millys team in a full-time capacity. The role is varied, ensuring a high standard of breakfast for our hotel guests, function catering for events, and preparing the all time cafe classics!

In addition to having a passion for food and providing exceptional customer service, you will have;

• Experience in a busy kitchen as a chef or short order cook;
• Ability to follow directions as well as work unsupervised;
• Be reliable, punctual and professional;
• Available to work early mornings, nights and weekends;
• Have good knowledge of food safety;
• Be able to work by our core values Engage, Deliver, Understand, Anticipate.
