Guest Service Agent – Front Office & Night Audit

We’re looking for experienced Guest Service Agents with Front Office and Night Audit experience to join our dynamic team at Holiday Inn Sydney St Marys.

About the Role

This role offers a mix of Front Office and Night Audit responsibilities across a rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and some overnight shifts.

As part of our Front Office team, you will deliver exceptional guest service while supporting the smooth daily operation of the hotel. You’ll also assist with Night Audit duties, ensuring reporting and end-of-day processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Guest check-ins and check-outs
• Managing reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
• Delivering exceptional customer service across all guest interactions
• Assisting with Night Audit procedures and daily reporting
• Reconciling transactions and balancing accounts
• Supporting hotel safety and security procedures
• Working collaboratively with hotel and Club operations

Ideally, you’ll bring

• Previous hotel front office or guest service experience
• Night Audit experience highly regarded
• Experience with IHG systems or other leading hotel brands preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A positive and professional approach to guest service
• Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to work a roster including weekends and occasional overnight shifts
