With multiple offerings spanning hospitality, events, gaming, and entertainment, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. We’re looking for a hands-on Event Operations Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and takes pride in delivering seamless events. From conferences and functions to community and rugby league events, this role is all about delivery, execution, leadership, and exceptional client experience. This is a true end-to-end operations role where you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of events. You’ll coordinate teams, liaise with clients, and ensure every detail is executed to the highest standard. You’ll be the person who makes it happen — leading on the floor, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every event runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate small teams to deliver events and exceptional service
- Prepare and manage event execution from setup through to pack down
- Liaise directly with clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
- Take ownership of event operations, including AV, catering, inventory and equipment
- Ensuring smooth and efficient end to end event delivery
- Direct staff during events and provide clear leadership on the floor
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep events running seamlessly
About You - Experience in events, hospitality, or function operations
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Confident leading teams and giving clear direction
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-focused
- High attention to detail and presentation standards
- Flexible with availability, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Strong organisation, communication skills and a customer-first mindset
