Reporting to the Beverage Manager your main responsibilities will be:

• Receive & account for incoming stock
• Unpacking and distributing stock
• Fill all fridges before days trading
• Routinely check kegs in cool rooms and all operating bars
• Clean beer lines on a rotation
• Ensure all stock is rotated
• Postmix cage
• Liaising with club staff to support our bar & food outlets
• Assist in stock counts
• Hold Forklift license or ability to obtain one

You need

• Be available for a mix of days and nights  
• Positive attitude and problem solving skills
• RSA & RCG or ability to obtain before starting
• Ability to work a roster which may include weekend and evening shifts
• Strong safety mindset and ability to follow WHS procedures=

Full Time or Casual role considered.
