We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing and creative Marketing Team. About the Role You'll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering our wide range of marketing activities across Club promotions, events, gaming, food & beverage, membership, entertainment, digital and community programs. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll manage marketing projects from concept to completion — from campaign development, creative briefing, collateral production and digital support, through to post-campaign evaluation. This is a hands-on and rewarding role that offers diversity, creativity, and the chance to influence every aspect of our marketing. Key Responsibilities - Support the planning and delivery of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns across Club, Sport Bar, Event Centre and restaurant brands
- Coordinate design, print, and implementation of all marketing materials including magazines, brochures, POS and digital signage
- Work with internal teams and creative agencies to ensure quality and consistency across campaigns
- Execute and support Club promotions such as badge draws, raffles, member incentives and high-profile events
- Manage content development for the Club magazine – from editorial coordination through to layout, proofing, and production
- Support restaurant promotions, menus and special offers in collaboration with catering and design teams
- Lead the implementation of in-house promotional displays and ensure their presentation is on-brand and well-maintained
- Support marketing around major entertainment and community events, including planning, advertising and execution
- Coordinate external advertising including copywriting for press releases, regional guides, event publications and more
- Provide back-up support for digital marketing functions including social media, EDMs, website content, scheduling and audience engagement
- Coordinate photography and videography for marketing and event use
- Contribute to membership campaign planning, design of incentive programs and renewal period delivery
- Ensure timely, effective communication with all internal stakeholders, including restaurants and departmental manager.
About You To thrive in this role, you'll be a highly organised and energetic marketer with excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences. You’ll enjoy the challenge of juggling multiple projects while bringing fresh ideas to the table. You will have: - Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within hospitality, events, or club industry
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- A creative eye and confident writing skills with strong proofreading ability
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing tools, CMS (e.g. WordPress), and design briefing
- Strong project management and time management skills
- A team-focused attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments
- A passion for community, creativity and customer engagement
